Find the Mechanical Engineering Building on a map of U of T – St. George
The Mechanical Engineering Building (a.k.a. MC) is home to the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering. The building features a large lecture hall, MC102, which is one of the most spacious lecture halls you’ll see in your first year. Note: the blog admins Esther and Daniel had their MSE160 course in this lecture hall!
There is also a cool machine shop that you can access for design consultation, machining, and assembling prototypes. Additionally, you will have some of your second year labs in their lab spaces, like for CHE260 (Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer).
